  • You can search for someone's name, email address, work title, business phone or department.
  • For better matches, type in as much of the person's name as possible into the search box. You may search for just the first name, just the last name, or the first and last name. You may enter a first and last name in either order.
  • If you are searching by email address, you may enter a partial or full email address. Examples: jdoe, jdoe@,
  • You can combine different attributes in the search box to narrow down your results, for example "joe mathematics"

If your Campus Directory information is incorrect, use the links below to update your information:
  • To update your business phone number, please log in to the PeopleSoft self service portal. Once logged in, navigate to "Self Service," then proceed to "Personal Information" and "Personal Information Summary." From there you can click on "Change phone numbers" button to update your phone number.
  • To update your preferred name, please login to the Payroll Services Share Point site and click on the link "Update Preferred Name". Complete the form and submit. HR will process your request and your changes will be reflected in a number days.
  • To update your location, please sign in to the Campus Directory and then use the "My Employee Info" link at the top of the page to add/remove locations.
